PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONDITIONS

Full payment is required to confirm bookings.
We accept Visa or Master Card only. Please supply Name, Card type, Number,CCV and Expiry Date. We also accept direct debit by arrangement but credit card details must also be provided. A 2.0 % credit card fee is applied to all credit card payments.
Rates are subject to change without notice except for confirmed bookings.
All rates are in AUD.
All reservations made through Online Travel Agents will be subject to Brentwood Accommodation booking conditions.

By confirming a booking you aggree to receive emails that contain special deals and offers from Brentwood Accommodation.

CANCELATIONS

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellation 30 days or less will not receive a refund.

No shows will not receive a refund.

Cancelled Rochford Concert Events and Ballooning accommodation reservations are subject to the same cancellation policy.

During the Carona Virus crisis we will allow postponement of any reservations that fall in the time frame of the pandemic as outlined by government authorities to a time when it is safe to travel..

CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

Number of guests staying at the facility should not exceed the persons stated on the booking details or extra charges will apply.
Infants and Children under 13 years of age are not accepted at Brentwood B and B Apartments as it is an adults only property.
The Cottage and B&B Apartments are rented for holiday and leisure use only, no functions allowed.
Any items left behind will be returned at the guests expense.
Guests with pre-arranged pets are responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
Please keep noise to a minimum after11.00pm out of courtesy for the neighbors.

SMOKING

All Brentwood Accommodation properties are no smoking facilities. If it is found that smoking has been undertaken inside any of the properties, extra cleaning fees will be applied. Please dispose cigarette buts into the provided outside rubbish bins. We appreciate that this policy is strictly upheld for the comfort and health of all guests.

WIFI

Please be mindful that complimentary wifi is not provided for downloading large amounts of data.

BREAKAGE AND DAMAGES AND EXTRA CLEANING FEES

Credit card details are held by us for security purposes.
We expect the Cottage and B&B Suites are returned to us in the condition presented on arrival.
Breakage and damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged  to your credit card if necessary. It is not our intention to charge for replacement of accidental broken glass or plates for example.
Charges will be imposed if the facilities are left in an unreasonable condition – eg
Dirty dishes not washed and put away, rubbish not removed and placed in bins provided or
soiled or stained bed covers, rugs, upholstery, etc..
Extra cleaning fees will be applied at our discretion if excessive cleaning is required to bring the House, Cottage or B and B Apartments back to the standard it was presented in on checkin.
Loss or damaged remote controls.
Misplaced keys.
Any breakage or damage to the B and B , Cottage and House, its fittings and facilities will be charged to the guest at replacement/repair cost plus 10%.

LIABILITIES

No responsibility is taken for personnel items left on the premises during or after departure.
Brentwood Accommodation incorporating Brentwood Cottage and Brentwood B&B Apartments does not accept liability for any injury, damage or loss and additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control.
We do not accept liability for errors, omissions, default or negligence represented on our Website.
